Chris Sligh bows new CD
Chris Sligh's forthcoming album, Running Back to You (due May 6), has already landed a single on Billboard's Christian Adult Contemporary Chart with the No. 29 entry for Empy Me.
I played the sixth-season finalist's CD the other day and, while I'm not a fan of Christian pop/rock, he has some catchy songs here that sound like the kind of power ballad/rock fare you'd have found in the 80s. Not bad.

From the sound of the songs on Chris Sligh's Myspace Music site, that CD is going to kick butt!
He's a very talented guy with a tremendous voice and great songwriting ability. This CD should do very well indeed.

I'm so excited about Chris' new CD - I've already preorderd my copy. Chris is just too awesome for words. He is so talented and has the most best voice ever.
His hit single "Empty Me" is available right now for download on iTunes.
Also, check out another Chris Sligh CD, "Take A Chance On Sometnhing Beautiful" - there's not a throw away song in the whole bunch.

I heard CHRIS SLIGH on the radio and caught a few things on you-tube! WOW - amazing voice and very creative arrangements. Every song has something different - not some cookie cutter CD. I have pre-ordered!
