Abdul blasts her own bosses over stalker's suicide

Abd Paula Abdul says Fox and Idol's producers knew she had a stalker but let that person audition for the show anyway "for entertainment value,'' she told Barbara Walters on a Sirius XM radio show. The woman was ultimately found dead, an apparent suicide, outside Abdul's LA home. "It's fun for them to cause me stress," Abdul complained to Walters. "This was something that would make good television."

So why didn't she leave the show -- after all, she doesn't really do anything of value on American Idol anyway.  "I'm under contract."
