At this point, if anyone thinks the winner is selected based on votes from viewers, I think it's more than a little naive. Obviously Bowersock showed a little too much independence and that she would probably not be the easier person to "clone", and that may have been the deciding factor for selecting the winner, because she was absolutely more creative and more talented than DeWyze. Nice guy he may be, and I am happy he has realized his dream, but even he knows he should have come in second. However, Cristal will have a decent career, but once again, NO-ONE is trampling over people to buy CD's these days, or attend concerts for that matter. I wish them both much success.
