What area of Miami is known for its rich Nicaraguan heritage?

In 1938 a group of circus workers became stranded in South Florida.  They enjoyed the weather so much they decided to stay and start a town outside of Miami.  After a period of transition through the years the town is now known as an area with a large Nicaraguan population.
