Former president Bill Clinton was the first on his feet in a standing ovation for Colombian rock star Juanes, who will forever after be known as Juanes Cuba Concert in MIami, after the singer's performance at the Clinton Global Initiative Gala in New York City Thursday night. Host Ben Stiller got the crowd's attention by introducing Juanes as having "played for 1.2 million people in Cuba Sunday". The 37-year old singer, who was sharing the bill with Alicia Keyes, performed Odio por Amor (Hate for Love), a song he wrote especially for the historic Cuba show, and then, saying "let's have some fun" performed his hit La Camisa Negra. So he's got over a million fans in Cuba, who knows how many thousands in Miami, Latin America, and beyond - and one ex president.
