As if N*E*R*D hasn't played enough South Florida shows in the last 15 months (they opened for Kanye West and Common's tours, played UM's homecoming, and will headline the Miami-centric Future Classic Festival on Sept. 12), the group will headline the Miami stop of the Heineken Red Star Soul tour on Nov. 13.
N*E*R*D, which is made up of hip-hop super producers Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, along with rapper Shay Haley (and the rumored addition of Rhea, a female vocalist), specializes in an eclectic mix of hip-hop, pop and rock.
The Heineken show also includes a performance by DJ Irie, who is the Miami Heat's house DJ as well as Jamie Foxx's touring DJ.
Tickets for the event are not for sale -- instead, you must register for tickets (and be at least 21 years old).
