CEO of Imaging Diagnostic Systems retires

Tim Hansen will be retiring as chief executive officer and director of Imaging Diagnostic Systems, a medical technology company located in Plantation.

He was appointed CEO and director in 2004 and his retirement will take effect Jan. 1. No replacement was named in the announcement.
