New hotel consulting practice in Miami

Xavier Lividini has formed a hotel consulting practice, Hospitality Advance International. Services include hotel acquisitions, development, investment, asset management, sales, marketing and executive recruitment. The Miami-based firm has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London.

Most recently he was general manager of the Mutiny Hotel in Coconut Grove.
