Board of directors at Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center

Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC), a non-profit agency providing immigration legal services, has elected of officers for its Board of Directors for the coming 2008-09 term:

  • Carl Goldfarb, partner with the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner, has been elected as president
  • John de Leon, an attorney and principal with the firm Chavez & de Leon, has been elected as vice president
  • Nancy Audain Allen, president of the Women’s Business Development Center, has been elected as treasurer
  • Jane Herron, a member of the board since 2005, has been elected as secretary
