Executive appointments at Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust

Coral Gables-based Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust has made the following executive appointments:

Maria E. Socarras has been hired as a private banking advisor to Gibraltar’s Private Banking Division. Before this she was a first vice president and client advisor for SunTrust Bank.

Katherine Kohler-Ros has been promoted to senior vice president and head of Gibraltar Private’s Mortgage Banking Division. Before this she was vice president and mortgage production manager.

Juan E. Rojas has been hired to Gibraltar Private’s Mortgage Banking Division as assistant vice president and CRA director. He was a retail mortgage loan consultant with HSBC Mortgage Corporation.
