Rafael Velazquez has been hired as executive chef at Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel & Yacht Club, a property of LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels.
Most recently, he was executive sous chef at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach for three years.
