Michael J. Condron has been hired as the executive vice chairman and chief executive-elect at Coral Springs-based CareGuide, a health management company.
During a transition period, Chris E. Paterson will continue to serve as CareGuide's CEO. Once CareGuide becomes a private company, however, Condron will become president and chief executive.
Condron most recently was president and founder of MEJC Consulting, a firm focused on healthcare consulting, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Before that he was an executive with CorSolutions Medical.
