Dr. Anahid Kulwicki has been hired as director of the Nursing Graduate Program and the Nursing PhD Program at the Florida International University College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
She was most recently the director of the Wayne County Department of Health and Human Services and was a professor at Oakland University in Michigan.
