Paul F. Kennedy has been hired at IVAX Diagnostics as chief executive, president and chairman of the board of directors. Kennedy was most recently an executive director of Cozart, a medical diagnostics company.
Patrice Debregeas has been appointed vice chairman of the board.
Laurent Le Portz has been appointed to the board and the audit and compensation committees at IVAX.
