Two vice presidents hired at Ocean Bank
Ocean Bank has hired Diana Mantellini as vice president and wealth management manager of the LeJeune office. Previously, she worked for Citibank/Citicorp Financial Services in Puerto Rico as banking and investment sales director.
Also, Gonzalo Ruiz has been hired as vice president and personal banking officer. He was president of the Intercontinental Financial Group.

Also, Bill Mabrey has been hired at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino as vice president of operations. He was vice president of hotel, entertainment, and convention operations for Caesars Indiana from 2000 to 2008.

Board of trustees member for Florida Ocean Sciences Institute
Andrew High, an attorney with the Fort Lauderdale office of Fowler White Burnett, has been elected to the board of trustees for Florida Ocean Sciences Institute (FOSI). He focuses his legal practice on maritime and shipping law.
FOSI is a juvenile offender rehabilitation program that provides juvenile delinquents who meet certain criteria with an alternative to detention. It focuses on rehabilitation and behavior modification through teaching seamanship and aquatics in addition to normal school subjects.
