Attorney Michael D. Joblove, of the law firm Genovese Joblove & Battista, has been appointed to the State of Florida Commission on Ethics, by the Florida House of Representatives.
The Florida Commission on Ethics is an independent nine-member commission which has statutory authority to investigate complaints alleging possible violations of the Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees and other persons subject to Florida’s ethics laws.
