Two promotions at Coral Gables-based Flagler

Vincent Signorello has been promoted to chief operating officer of Flagler, a commercial real estate company based in Coral Gables. He will continue to lead the company’s finance and accounting efforts and oversee Flagler’s capital markets activities. He joined the company in June 2009 as chief investment officer and subsequently assumed the role of acting chief financial officer.

He has been with the company 16 years and was vice president of FRES before the promotion. He has nearly two decades of real estate brokerage, land development and property management experience.
