Senior vice president of long-term care for Independent Living Systems

Movers_josefina_carbonell Josefina G. Carbonell has been appointed as senior vice president of long-term care for Independent Living Systems, a company focused on introducing managed care to the delivery of long-term care for the aging and chronically ill community. Previously, she was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as assistant secretary for aging at the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
