Howard M. Glicken, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the Coral Gables-based Americas Group, has been elected chair the advisory board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In this role, he will support the foundation's fundraising endeavors, specifically focusing on securing major gifts. Previously, he served on the foundation's board of directors, and has served as a private sector advisor in the Clinton Administration.
