Jose Antonio Rios has been appointed as chief executive officer of Vadium Technology and a member of Vadium Technology's board of directors. Previously, he has held position as senior executive at Global Crossing, Telefonica, Hughes Electronics, Galaxy Latin-America, and the Cisneros Group of Companies.
