Carl Tsang has been hired as chief financial officer for Charter Schools USA (CSUSA). He also assumes the position of chief financial officer of Red Apple Development, the development arm of CSUSA. Previously, he was the chief financial officer of Unico Holdings and Slim Fast Foods. He has also served as vice president of finance at Sonoco Products Company.
