The Mercy Foundation, the principal fundraising arm for Mercy Hospital, has announced its 2009 Board of Directors officers: Jay Ziskind, president and chief executive officer of Global Surgical Partners, will serve as chairman; Julio Ramirez, executive vice president of global operations for Burger King, will serve as vice chairman; Alicia Cervera, chairman of Related Cervera Realty Services, will serve as secretary; and
Federico Sanchez, senior vice president of investments for UBS Financial Services, will serve as treasurer.
