Executive creative director at Starmark International

Web_Alan_Whitley Starmark International, an integrated marketing communications agency in Fort Lauderdale, has hired Alan Whitley as its executive creative director. He joins Starmark from the firm JWT in Atlanta where he was senior partner and group creative director.
