Ocean Bank has named Mark S. Walter as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will oversee the bank's financial management and reporting functions. Prior to joining Ocean Bank, Walter was executive vice president and chief financial officer at JM Family Enterprises, an auto distribution and financial services company.
