Ocean Bank names vice president

Ocean Bank has promoted Jaime H. Ortiz to vice president and factoring portfolio manager. Ortiz will be responsible for managing the bank's factoring portfolio, overseeing and directing the factoring staff and increasing the customer base. Prior to joining Ocean Bank, he served at Capital Factors, Inc., in Florida.
