American Airlines has named Jim Moses managing director, passenger services at American Airlines' Miami hub. Moses started at American almost 30 years ago and most recently served as general manager at Logan International Airport in Boston.

This is one of the true leaders at American Airlines. He is highly respected by so many American Airlines employees and is definitely a key to American's future success.
