Orlando-based E Sciences' senior scientist Gisele Colbert will lead the environmental, ecological and engineering consulting firm's new office opening at 815 NW 57th Ave. in Miami. She previously served with the company's Fort Lauderdale office, before its expansion into Miami-Dade County.
