City of Hialeah Councilwoman Vivian Casals-Muñoz has been named Dade Medical College's corporate director of community relations. She will be working with vice president of community relations and former Florida State Representative Rene Garcia in building and maintaining relationships with area schools, hospitals, clinics, businesses and other organizations.
