Matthew L. Ogurick, William J. Simonitsch and Annie Zaffuto have been named partners in K&L Gates’ Miami office. Ogurick focuses his practice in the securities, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private financing areas; Simonitsch concentrates on commercial and construction litigation, creditors’/debtors’ rights, bankruptcy and employment law; and Zaffuto practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment.
