Orange Bowl Committee member Robert L. Epling, the president and CEO of Community Bank of Florida since 1977, has been named to the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame board of directors.

Sanders as vice president of marketing and training. Most recently, he served as the national vice president of marketing, training and design for The Laramar Group.
Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida reelects board chair
Irela Bague has been reelected chair of the board of directors for Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida for a second three year term. She previously served three years as chair and four years as a member-at-large on the board of directors and was chair of the governmental relations task group. Bague is president of Bague Group, a public relations and governmental affairs firm in Coral Gables.
Fish Consulting hires executives
Fish Consulting, a full-service communications firm specializing in franchise marketing and public relations, has recently named Chad Cohen as vice president, and has hired Stephanie Goldman as an account director, and Amanda Rich as an account manager.
Chad Cohen has been with Fish Consulting since the firm's inception in 2004.
Preferred Care Partners names vice president
Preferred Care Partners has named Guido Gonzalez as vice president of social services. Gonzalez will oversee the social services department at Preferred Care Partners, which offers eligible seniors assistance at no additional cost in applying for state and federal benefits. Gonzalez was previously the director of social services, government programs at Vista Health Plan.
