Berger Commercial Realty, based in Fort Lauderdale, has promoted Timothy Hackett to vice president of property management. He will supervise and manage select client property portfolios. He was previously senior property manager at Berger Commercial Realty. Marie Dunn has been promoted to property controller. Previously, Dunn was assistant controller for Berger's Fort Lauderdale office.
