Lourdes Carreras-Balepogi, founder of Miami-based Chispa Marketing, has been elected president of BNI Miami-Dade's West Execs chapter. Prior to launching Chispa Marketing, Balepogi served as director of marketing and public relations for Florida International University's Eugenio Pino and Family Global Entrepreneurship Center.
