Lania Rittenhouse has been named vice president for product development at Miami-based Carnival Cruise Lines. She will oversee the development of guest-facing product features and services and oversees long-term planning for the line's ship refurbishment projects. Most recently, Rittenhouse was president of LMR Global Consulting.
