Cruise Planners/American Express, a home-based travel agent franchise network in the cruise industry based in Coral Springs, has named Brian Shultz w/art as director of information technology and Beth Cohen as director of sales. Most recently, Shultz was director of operations for MVI Solutions. Previously Cohen was part of the pre-opening team for The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Hard Rock Live in Hollywood.
