Thomas O'Connor joins Farm Stores Corporation
Thomas O’Connor has joined Farm Stores Corporation as senior vice president. He will lead the company's new online grocery shopping service, FarmStores.com. He was president of Publix Direct.
TotalBank adds three new vice presidents
TotalBank has hired three members to its banking team. Andrea Mustelier has been named vice president and creative/analytics manager, Diane Mercogliano has been named vice president marketing operations manager and CRM administrator, and Rosendo Collazo has been named vice president and retail/consumer underwriting manager.
Mustelier will be responsible for analyzing customer and market data. She has more than 20 years experience in marketing, advertising and banking at Wachovia. Most recently, she was a marketing consultant working with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the March of Dimes, and the United Way.
Mercogliano will be responsible for the management and general oversight of the bank’s sales and service tracking and measurement systems, and for the overall coordination with department heads and branch managerers. For the last five years, she has been employed as a consultant for several companies, including ProCompliance Advisory Group Inc., formerly BBGL.
Collazo was vice president and small business/consumer underwriting manager at BankUnited in Coral Gables, where he served since 1992.

Fernandez named COO at Coral Gables insurance firm
Norbert Fernandez has been named chief operating officer at MDW Insurance Group in Coral Gables. He will oversee the insurance marketing and management of all the operational functions of the organization. He has more than 24 years experience in commercial and personal lines insurance. Before joining MDW, he was the director of marketing and client service for USI Insurance Services in Fort Lauderdale.
Vicente named senior vice president and chief risk management officer at Pacific National Bank
Gonzalo Vicente has been named senior vice president and chief risk management officer for Miami-based Pacific National Bank. In his new position, he will assume oversight of the bank’s compliance and risk management functions. From 1997-2010, he was vice president and deputy manager of the Lloyds Bank Pfc. Miami Agency, where he was responsible for the agency’s administration areas. For five years before that, he was vice president for Banco de Venezuela International in Miami. Before that, he was an audit manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in Miami.
Rodriguez named office administrative partner at Ford & Harrison law firm
Elizabeth M. Rodriguez has been named office administrative partner of Ford & Harrison’s Miami law office. She has extensive litigation experience defending all aspects of employment law cases including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, workplace harassment and public accommodation.
