Terri Echarte has joined Atlantic | Pacific Companies as managing director of the real estate group. She will coordinate new business development and asset management. Before joining the company, she opened a Miami office for the Douglas Wilson Companies, a national firm specializing in real estate receiverships, where she served as regional managing director.
