Gonzalo Vicente has been named senior vice president and chief risk management officer for Miami-based Pacific National Bank. In his new position, he will assume oversight of the bank’s compliance and risk management functions. From 1997-2010, he was vice president and deputy manager of the Lloyds Bank Pfc. Miami Agency, where he was responsible for the agency’s administration areas. For five years before that, he was vice president for Banco de Venezuela International in Miami. Before that, he was an audit manager for KPMG Peat Marwick in Miami.
