Mark Bloom named VP of medical affairs and chief medical officer of Molina Health Care of Florida

MarkBloom-CMO_Web[1] Mark Bloom has been named vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer of Molina Health Care of Florida, a subsidiary of Molina Healthcare, Inc. He will be responsible for all clinical policy and oversight decisions, and other medical affairs functions of the company's health plan, including quality improvement, credentialing, pharmacy, and risk management activities. Before joining Molina Healthcare of Florida, he was the chief medical officer of JMH Health Plan, the managed care division of Jackson Health System. Before that, he was the medical director at Florida Health Plan Management and at HIP Health Plan of Florida.

Molina Healthcare plans is one of the most mediocre plans there are, DO NOT enroll with them, they sock big time !
