Derek E. León named general counsel at Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute

Derek E. Leon Derek E. León has been named general counsel of the Washington, D.C.-based Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI). He is a litigation partner in the Miami office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He will provide the institute with advice and counsel on board governance and legal matters on a pro bono basis. He also will serve as a nonvoting member of the institute’s board. The CHCI promotes the next generation of Latino leaders.
