Jack Ziffer named corporate VP for Baptist Health Medical Group
Jack Ziffer has been named corporate vice president for Baptist Health Medical Group. In his new role, he will lead a recently formed physician division that will provide organizational structure and leadership to the doctors interested in employment or other contractual affiliation with Baptist Health South Florida. He is board-certified in radiology and nuclear medicine. He was president and chief executive officer of Radiology Associates of South Florida, one of the region’s largest physician groups.

Dolores Marichal named a VP at Pacific National Bank

She has more than 25 years experience in banking and will be responsible for ensuring that all bank strategies and systems meet or exceed the BSA/AML regulations. Before joining Pacific National Bank, she worked five years at Executive National Bank as its vice president, BSA/AML compliance officer and senior BSA analyst. Before that, she served as administrator to the CEO at Bank United Financial Corporation from 2002 to 2005; and as vice president at Bankers International Private Banking Corp. (Deutsche Bank) from 1985 to 2001.

E. Brooks Kurtz has joined EverBank as residential mortgage originator for its South Florida Offices. He has more than 34 years experience in the residential mortgage market. Most recently, he was the regional sales manager for Amerisave Mortgage. He is also a former chairman of The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
Tamarind Effio has been promoted to retail mortgage originator at Everbank in Miami. She will be covering the South Florida region. She was a top producer with EverBank for more than five years as an in-house loan officer. Everbank is a privately-held financial services firm.
