Barbara Iris Ortega named vice president and chief internal auditor at Pacific National Bank

Barbara Ortega Barbara Iris Ortega has been named vice president and chief internal auditor at Pacific National Bank in Miami. She will be responsible for ensuring that the bank abides by auditing and accounting best practices and will work closely with federal regulators who routinely monitor the institution. She was senior vice president and audit manager for Lloyds Bank Group in Miami, which she joined in 1997. Before that, she spent four years as an international bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
