Jorge Gutiérrez has been named managing partner and Ronald G. Neiwirth has been named a partner at the recently opened Miami office of Boyd & Jenerette.
Gutierrez concentrates his practice on domestic and international corporation matters, private and public securities offerings, and international cross-border corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with the legal systems, cultures and business practices of Latin America and Europe.
Neiwirth will head the insolvency, reorganization and creditors’ rights practice for the firm. He was with Fowler White Burnett.
In addition to Gutierrez and Neiwirth, the new Miami office also had added David da Silva Cornell, a newly named partner in the firm, and Carlos Aguilar, who serves as director of the international practice group.
