Yolanda Talamo has joined the Cisneros Group of Companies as chief human resources officer. Based at the company's Miami headquarters, she will be responsible for designing and developing human resources strategies and corporate policies for all Cisneros Group companies worldwide. Before joining the Cisneros Group, she had an 18-year career at Procter & Gamble in Caracas, Venezuela and in Cincinnati, Ohio, serving as North America U.S. operations & marketing functional human resources leader since 2007.
