Carol Finklehoffe and Robert Peltz have joined Leesfield & Partners, P.A. as partners in the firm. Both attorneys will focus on maritime litigation and cruise ship liability matters.
Finklehoffe is an active trial attorney in state and federal courts throughout Florida. The main concentration of her practice is in complex personal injury, wrongful death, and sexual assault and harassment claims on commercial and private vessels. She also is a trained Civil Circuit Court mediator.
Peltz has more than three decades experience as a trial attorney focusing on maritime law and general tort liability in various fields, including products liability and professional negligence. He is chairman of the nationwide Maritime Law Association’s Passenger and Cruise Ship Committee. He was president of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and the Florida Maritime Law Association.
