David da Silva Cornell has been named a partner at the recently opened Miami office of Boyd & Jenerette. He will practice corporate law, international and domestic business transactions, and nonprofit law. He has extensive experience with the legal systems, cultures and business practices of Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and East Asia, including Greater China.
