Elda Torriente named vice president and branch manager of Coconut Grove Bank's Palmetto Bay branch

Elda Torriente has been named vice president and branch manager of the Palmetto Bay Branch of Coconut Grove Bank. Before joining the bank, she was senior vice president, market development manager at First Bank of Miami, responsible for developing the Coral Gables, Westchester, Douglas Road and Kendall markets. Throughout her 37-year banking career, she has held several managerial positions with City National Bank of Florida, Bank of America, Consolidated Bank, Great Western Bank and AmeriFirst.
