Jacqueline Hodes has joined the corporate and finance practice of DLA Piper as a partner in the firm's Miami office. She will focus her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. Before joining DLA, she was a partner in the Miami office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
