Lyle Bauck has been promoted to vice president and George Riggs and Ron Agustin have been named directors at Miami-based ACM Capital Partners, a turnaround and financial restructuring firm specializing in middle market companies.
Bauck will assist with business development and management of ACM’s growing team. He joined ACM as a senior associate in 2008, aiding companies with restructuring plans and refinancing debt. He also assumed interim management positions for several clients.
Riggs has worked for domestic and international corporations in the public and private sectors for more than 20 years. Before joining ACM, he was managing director of The Mclean Group’s Miami office, a middle market investment bank.
Agustin has more than 25 years of financial industry expertise and was chief financial officer for several private equity firms throughout the Southeast.
