Phil Villegas, Marilou Thoman, and Lamar Lewis-Sutton are the founding principals of Axiom Advisors, a consulting firm recently formed to meet the specialized needs of retail automotive dealers. The firm will provide enterprise management, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support services for retail automotive dealers.
