Sheri F. Schultz has been named to the board of governors of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). She is director of business valuation at Fiske & Company, a Fort Lauderdale CPA firm. She frequently consults with businesses and attorneys in matters including mergers and acquisitions, litigation and ownership disputes; estate, gift and income tax matters, marital dissolution and business valuation. She is a past chair of the valuation/litigation section of the FICPA.
